Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation & Modification
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and specific request.

Cancellation/Modification Window: Requests can only be accepted within 24 hours of order placement.

After 24 hours, your order has entered our fulfillment process and can no longer be altered or canceled.
You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation or modification has been processed.
2. Returns (For Non-Defective Items)
We accept returns for non-defective items within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

| Item Condition | Must be unwashed, unworn, and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact |
| Return Shipping | Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable) |
| Restocking Fee | A 15% restocking fee may apply to cover processing and handling costs |
| Return Authorization | Please contact us before returning any item to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted. |

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.
3. Refunds (For Non-Defective Returns)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider, typically 5–14 business days.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (e.g., wrong size, color, or style), we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with:

Clear photos or videos showing the issue (e.g., fabric flaw, stitching defect, wrong item received)

Your full delivery address
We will review your claim and:

Resend the correct item at no additional cost to you; or

If a replacement is not available (e.g., item out of stock), issue a full refund (including original shipping costs).
Note: For defective/damaged/incorrect items, no return is required. You may keep the item or dispose of it — we will handle the replacement or refund directly.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

| Failed Delivery | Orders returned to us due to customer unavailability or refusal to accept delivery |

| Missing Tags / Used Condition | Returned non-defective items that are washed, worn, or missing original tags or packaging |
| Beyond Return Window | Non-defective return requests submitted after the 30-day return window |
| Size/Color Dissatisfaction | We encourage you to review our size guide and product photos carefully before ordering. While we accept returns for size/color issues under our 30-day return policy, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. |
6. Policy Validity

Defective/Incorrect Item Claims: Must be submitted within 90 days from the delivery date.

Non-Defective Returns: Must be postmarked within 30 days from the delivery date.

Requests submitted after these periods will not be accepted.
